- Enquiry details -your name, email, phone (optional), and message when you submit our contact form.
- Usage data -basic analytics such as pages visited, referring source, and approximate region, collected in aggregate to improve the site.
- Cookies -we use strictly necessary cookies and anonymous analytics cookies. No advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about potential work.
- To operate and improve the site.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors we rely on to run the business -email delivery, hosting, and analytics -each bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as there is a legitimate reason to (an active conversation, a live project, or legal requirement). After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fit.design. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
